The Independent Stage 11 Hollow Winkowski Baller 139 Skateboard Trucks have a hollow kingpin and axlepins, which makes them a lot lighter than the standard indy trucks. They were made by the iconic skateboard brand Independent Truck Company. They were founded in 1978 by Richard Novak, Jay Shiurman, Fausto Vitello and Eric Swenson. Indy's belongs to the absolute top when it comes to skateboard trucks. They've been sponsoring all the big names in skateboarding for many years. Independent is now under the wings of NHS who also make brands like Santa Cruz, Creatre and Flip.
