Order

Have you chosen to pick up your order yourself at our store in Halle? Then you can pick up your order after you have received the pick-up order email.

To collect your order, please bring your ID or email with confirmation. Orders can only be collected during opening hours.

1. Immediately after your payment you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order details. Check this carefully and check your address details such as street & house number.
   
   
2. We will pack your order right away, straight from our stock. We will add some fun stickers and send you a confirmation at the time of processing.Track & Trace code.
   Please note: this link is usually traceable 6 to 12 hours after the email.
   
   
3. Once your package has been registered at the courier service's depot, you can track it to your home via the tracking link.

Once your payment has been completed, your order can only be cancelled or changed by contacting us as soon as possible via email, telephone or online chat.

Please note: once your package has been shipped, we can no longer make any cancellations or changes. If you no longer wish to receive the package, you can refuse delivery at the door or return the products after receipt or bring them back to our store in Halle.
