Lib Tech MTX Magne-tractiion tuning tool

The Lib Tech MTX Magne-tractiion tuning tool is very useful to sharpen your snowboard. This edge tuning tool was developed by OneBall to sharpen the edges of a Lib Tech snowboard. It is made to fit between the jagged edge of the Magne-traction steel edge. Of course, you can use it to sharpen other snowboards as well. Thanks to the handy size, you can easily take it anywhere.

Sharpening instructions

• Use a gummy stone to remove burrs and bumps on the steel edge.
• Place the file on the board with the file side against the steel side of your snowboard. Your snowboard lies upside down with the base facing up.
• Move the tool gently from nose to tail in a smooth motion with long strokes. Follow the contours of the magne-traction steel side well.
• The "tooth pattern" on the file goes in the opposite direction you pull the tool.
